Result, Reviews & Adjustments

If you have concerns, you must notify FACE CULTURE within 28 days of your appointment.
This ensures:
• your results are still within the settling period
• adjustments can be safely assessed
• issues are addressed while the product is active
• fair, consistent review for all clientsRequests made after 28 days fall outside the review window and cannot be reassessed as part of the original appointment.
Within 28 days, you may receive:
• reassurance
• guidance on normal healing
• a follow-up review
• small adjustments (if safe and clinically appropriate)You will always be listened to.

• Anti-wrinkle: reviewed at 2 weeks free of charge, adjustments only if clinically appropriate
• Filler: topped up only when safe and necessary per your consultation at 2 weeks, charges for additional filler apply
• Skin boosters: NO, completed in structured courses. Charged per session.FACE CULTURE does not overfill or overtreat.
