• Avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the treated area
• Stay upright (no lying flat)
• Avoid makeup on treated areas
• Avoid alcohol -
• Avoid strenuous exercise
• Avoid saunas, steam rooms & hot baths
• Avoid direct sun exposure or sunbeds
• Avoid extreme facial pressure (face-down massages, sleeping on face)
• Avoid alcohol & excessive caffeine
• Avoid heavy makeup on treated areas -
• Avoid exposure to intense heat or cold
• Avoid swimming pools or other environments that may expose the skin to bacteria
• Keep the area clean and avoid unnecessary touching
Dermal Filler Aftercare
(cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, tear troughs, etc.)

• Keep well hydrated
• Sleep slightly elevated for 1–2 nights
• Expect asymmetry while swelling settles — this is normal -
• Facial treatments (microneedling, facials, radiofrequency, lasers)
• Dental work where your mouth is stretched open
• Pressure on the treated area (including certain masks) -
• Lumps may occur as swelling settles — do not massage unless you have been instructed
• Results can take up to 14 days to fully settle

Anti-Wrinkle Injection Aftercare

• Stay upright
• Avoid rubbing the injection sites
• Avoid wearing tight hats or headbands -
• Avoid exercise
• Avoid hot baths, steam rooms, saunas -
• Gently move the treated muscles (frown, raise brows, smile) for the first hour — this may help absorption
• Expect results to begin around day 3–5, with full effect by day 14 -
• Facial treatments or massages for 2 weeks
• Sleeping on your face the first night
When To Contact

• Excessive swelling or rapidly worsening pain
• Mottled or blotchy skin (livedo pattern)
• Severe or increasing bruising after 24 hours
• Blanching (pale or white areas of skin)
• Vision changes
• Fever or signs of infection
• Any feeling that “something isn’t right”You are never bothering us — we would always rather you reach out

• Redness
• Mild swelling
• Tenderness
• Small bumps at injection sites
• Light bruising
• A “tight” or “full” feelingThese are completely normal and usually settle within a few days:

• A cold compress (light pressure only)
• Paracetamol for discomfort (avoid ibuprofen unless discussed)

Hydrate well — water improves results
You’ll usually need 2 sessions, 4 weeks apart for optimal results.
